Enrolling in an Open Campus PA course is easy.
- During your school district’s course selection window, choose the Open Campus course you are interested in taking.
- Then, click onto the link to the Open Campus PA course enrollment form (below).
- Complete the form electronically. (You will obtain necessary signatures later.)
- When complete, SAVE the form to your computer using the following naming convention: lastname.firstname.schooldistrict.doc or .docx Example: jones.jane.hempfield.doc
- Email the completed form to your guidance counselor, as an attachment.
Your counselor will submit your enrollment form to Open Campus PA.
*You may opt to work with your guidance counselor to complete the enrollment form, rather than doing it on your own.
